We now have a rare and incredibly exciting opportunity for a driven salesperson to become a Commercial Perms Consultant, in order to help complement what we offer to our existing and new clients. The right candidate:
- Previous experience within a Commercial Recruitment Consultant role for permanent placements would be advantageous however not essential.
- Being self-motivated and driven by service excellence, having the desire to deliver and be recognised thoroughly for your achievements.
- A proven track record of generating new and existing business within a sales environment is essential.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A ambitious team player who thrives in a bubbly environment and who can add value from a team perspective as well as an individual.
- IT Literate with use of Excel, Word & Outlook.

Commercial Recruitment Consultant Package:
- Monday - Friday
- 8:30am - 5:30pm.
- Basic starting salary up to £25,000.
- No threshold, you will earn on every penny you bring in.
- Uncapped Commission with a staggered commission structure starting at 10% of placement fees.
