As a Business Development Executive you will be expected to sell to and manage the sales process to both existing and new clients across all business sectors. You will work with clients of all sizes from SME through to large corporate organisations and will need to build relationships and work on a solution based sell. The role will involve working closely with clients developing close working relationships and building positive, mutually beneficial business relationships.
You will be expected to make 20-40 sales call per day, attend client meetings and source the right candidates for the roles. Make no mistake, this is a sales role, if you do not want to pick up the phone and make outgoing calls, even when no-one else is, then this is not the job for you. The successful applicant:
• 6 months+ sales experience (B2B, B2C, Recruitment, Cold-Calling)
• Highly motivated, fun and ambitious
• Able to plan how to win clients
• Will be results orientated

• Proven track record of success
