Are you a capable and experienced Receptionist/Administrator available for Front of House and administrative opportunities? A temporary position has arisen in the heart of London's City for a customer focussed and professional receptionist.
We have a number of roles ranging from 1 day assignments through to bookings lasting up to 3-6 months. These assignments pay circa 8-10 pounds per hour.

Core duties and expectations:
-Efficiently working as a switchboard receptionist, acting as the first point of contact and enquiry for all callers.
- Providing an excellent standard of customer service on the phone and in person, dealing with all enquiries in a calm, dignified and professional manner.
-A well presented, polished individual to act as the front line receptionist
-Meet and greet staff, clients and other visitors
-Manage the security and building access
-Maintain a welcoming environment that gives the right first impression
- An excellent telephone manner, with demonstrable patience when dealing with callers.
- Able to multitask.
- A willingness to work

Skills/Experience:
-Competent MS office user
-Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent qualifications).
-Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
- Previous experience in a reception/administrative environment (a minimum of 6 months).
- Experience of using databases.
