Commercial Account Executive – Development Focus – To £40k + Bonus
Our client are looking for someone who is after a long term position, with the ability to have a real say in the direction of the business and how it grows.
Their business has recently undergone a change in management on the General Commercial side and is now led by a director who believes in doing things the right way from the outset.
Positioning the business a Lloyds accredited brokerage with a strong client first mentality with excellent connections into the General Insurance Market.
What we're looking for:
You'll already be a Commercial Account Executive with strong technical skills who is looking for somewhere to put roots down and build your own team.
A lead from the front mentality, whether it be picking up the phone to do marketing or dealing with existing clients requirements
Exposure to a wide range of General Commercial products
A well-developed skill set that includes solid Technical, Sales, Client and Stakeholder Management, IT and Negotiation skills
