Commercial Account Executive
Salary: £Negotiable + Bonus
Our client is an exciting young brokerage who have been going from strength to strength over the last few years.
They are now in a position to continue their expansion, well ahead of their plans and as such they are looking for a Commercial Account Handler who wants to take their first steps into an Executive role.
The role will see you take responsibility for 50-60% of the Directors existing client bank and provide the support you need to go out and grow this.
Manage a diverse book of existing commercial clients and develop these further
Develop a client base from the proactive lead generation and conversion provided, referrals and own networking
Attend client and insurer meetings as required to ensure business is both won in year one and retained in year two.
Establish solid working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Liaise extensively with other departments internally to maximise wider client coverage.
You'll be an existing Commercial Account Handler who's looking to take the next step.
Exposure to all standard classes of Commercial Insurance
Previous experience in Commercial Insurance is ESSENTIAL for this position.
Exposure to D&O and P.I. is beneficial but not essential.
High level communication, negotiation, client management and sales skills.
Proven ability to develop relationships and win business within a client environment
