Commercial / Corporate Insurance New Business Executive
This growing Commercial / Corporate brokerage are looking to add to their team with the addition of a Commercial / Corporate New Business Executive to build their own portfolio
The role will allow you to build a personal portfolio to manage yourself, no handing what you've won off to a Servicing Executive, their historic hires have moved from New Business roles across into Hybrid Sales/Service roles within 18-24 months and then onto a service led role within 36-48 months.
Day to Day:
Development of new clients and business in line with agreed plans
Following up on Leads and potential customers passed over by the group
Building a profitable pipeline of new clients in line with target markets.
Management of clients requirements, including MTA's and additional fact finds
Assist the business with additional recruitment and subsequent management of Account Handlers / New business Developers
You will already have exposure to Commercial Insurance with knowledge of Property Owners, Employers and Public Liability, Motor Fleet and associated lines and be looking for a long term career with an expanding business.
Your skill set should include high level communication, sales, negotiation, presentation, client and stakeholder management coupled with the ability to influence people at all levels.
A full benefits package that is flexible is coupled with a basic salary c£28,500-42,500 plus bonus and car allowance or company car
