Commercial Account Handler – Maidstone - £Neg
Package: £Negotiable basic salary + Pension + Bonus + Package
Our growing client are looking to strengthen their team further with the addition of a Commercial Account Handler to manage a mixed portfolio of Commercial Insurance clients.
Day to Day:
Managing Existing clients requirements on a day to day basis – Mid Term Adjustments
Preparation of Renewal documents for your designated portfolio
Assisting Account Executives with broking and placement of new and existing risks
Liaising with Insurers on quotes, renewals, negotiations of premiums
Acting as account executive on smaller cases
Managing relationships with key stakeholders (both internal and external)
You should have experience in managing a broad range of commercial insurance clients across all general classes (Liability, Property, Motor) with exposure to professional risks being a bonus.
You should be able to interact with clients at all levels up to and including board level.
Experience of managing client expectations and delivering exceptional levels of client service.
Professional Qualifications are beneficial
Experience of managing clients with premium spends ranging from £2,500 to £20,000
Due to the office location you'll also need to drive - both to get to see clients and to get to the office.
