Commercial Account Executive – Hybrid Role - 60% Service / 40% Account Growth
Location: Southampton - Regional Role
Package: To £45k + Bonus + Car (Or Allowance) + Benefits
Our client are a national insurance brokerage with an excellent office footprint who've gone through a very productive period of organic growth, off of the back of this they are now looking to add to their team in Southampton.
The role itself will involve looking after a diverse Commercial Insurance portfolio with clients ranging from £1,000 to £45,000
With this role you'll be responsible for managing the client relationships, pre-renewal and mid-term meetings along with dealing with any issues.
You'll have a full back up team behind you dealing with all of the broking / placement and day to day MTA's so you can focus on managing the relationships.
They have a development executive/manager to provide you with warm leads and a marketing team that will assist as much as they can to provide wider leads, you'll need to be confident in your ability to convert leads to policies.
A solid grounding in Commercial Insurance with exposure to dealing with clients paying in excess of £35,000 premium as a base.
Your product knowledge should include Commercial Property, Motor, Fleet, Liability and Combined.
Ideally you'll be on your way to ACII qualification or wishing to undertake this.
