New Business Producer / Commercial Account Executive
Package: To £40,000 + Bonus + Benefits
A growing and staff focused brokerage are looking to add to their team with a New Business focused Commercial Account Executive to continue winning new business and manage what they win.
This business is built on a client first approach and has an enviable retention rate, clients are brought on board on the basis of Service whilst maintaining competitive premiums.
Due to continued and strong growth and changes internally they are now looking for an Account Executive who has exposure to all classes of Commercial Insurance to join the team.
Active pursuing new business via networking, leads, client referrals and your own initiative
Managing a small selection of existing clients
Acting as the face of the business at networking and business events / shows
Working with the placement team to ensure clients risks are placed with the most relevant insurer
Dealing with day to day alterations to policies as required
Managing relationships with key stakeholders, both on an internal and external basis.
Act as first point of contact for client issues
You'll need a solid grounding across Commercial Insurance with exposure to Commercial Motor, Fleet, Property, Liability and Combined policy types.
A new business mindset with the ability to present to stakeholders at all levels whether it's an owner managed SME or a large corporate business.
Your skill set should include strong Sales, Negotiation, Client Management and presentation skills with the ability to respond effectively to client queries.
Progress towards ACII is beneficial
Due to the nature of the role you'll also need a full driving licence
