Group Risk / Employee Benefits Consultant – Direct to Client
Package: To £45k + Allowances + Benefits + Bonus
We're delighted to be working with a longstanding client who are launching a new venture and are seeking to break into the Employee Benefits market.
They are looking for someone well versed in Group Risk including PMI, Income Protection, Life as well as individual.
Our client are a very established business and are growing at an excellent rate, with this they will be able to provide a large number of leads and cross selling opportunities.
Day to day:
Developing new business via networking, client meetings and introducers
Working closely with other divisions to convert leads provided
Develop working relationships with product providers
Assist management in the identification of new products and providers to maximise client cover
Advise clients on products and suitability
This is an excellent opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a developing arm of the business and not only contribute towards the growth of the division but also assist in directing it.
Given the nature of the business and their success, it would be expected the successful individual would progress quickly within the company both in terms of promotions and financially.
