A local authority are looking for an expereiced administrator to work within their transport department, the role will include Taking and responding to client phone calls and enquiries.
Complete client bookings for courses including helping clients select the most appropriate course date and location for them, inputting client contact details and taking payment.
Send course joining instructions to clients.
Create courses in line with requirements and ensure venue / trainer availability.
Complete other admin duties including:
Preparing course registers
Updating client status after courses have taken place
Maintaining an appropriate stock of administrative paperwork and course material
