A Local Authority are looking for a customer service advisor to work in their busy call centre based in Coventry City Centre.
Must have experience of working in a contact centre environment, excellent customer service and IT skills along with good communication skills in all areas including written, verbal and non verbal.
The ability to communicate with a wide ranging audience and be able to deal with complex or difficult callers. Monday - Friday 08.45 - 17.00 (60 minute lunch) minimum 3 months with an immediate start.
All applicants will be required to carry out a telephone interview, containing both competency based questions and a quick work related role play.
