A local Authority are looking for an Administrator on a part time basis to provide support within the Adult Social Care department. The ideal candidate will need fast and accurate IT skills plus excellent communication and customer service skills. The position consists of the following: Providing admin support to a team of social workers Data entry - inputting and checking information on an in house database Drafting and checking letters Responding to queries via email Identifying and escalating any issues or errors and reporting it appropriately The ideal candidate will need a good eye for attention to detail and the ability to work on their own initiative, be flexible and work in correspondence to compliance. Temporary position for a minimum of 6 months. 30:00 (hr:min) hours per week: Monday - Thursday: 09:00 - 17:30 Ready for an immediate start. Based in Central Solihull, B91 2HP
