A Local Authority are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy team within the HR Department
The ideal candidate will need excellent communication skills both written and verbal, strong IT skills, resilient and the ability to remain calm and tactful when dealing with difficult queries.
Previous experience in a call centre environment is essential.
Position consists of working as one of a team of Advisors, to be the single point of contact for dealing with any internal queries over the phone or via email.
Training will always be given but a willingness to learn new things is essential.
37 Hours per week:
Monday - Friday: 9:30 - 17:30
Temporary position - Min 2 Months
