A local authority are looking for an Administrator to join their team based at the fire station.
The ideal candidate will need fast and accurate IT skills, excellent communication skills and well organised with a good eye for detail.
Daily responsibilities consist of the following:
Fielding calls - Taking messages and responding to general queries
Inbox management - responding to emails and prioritising messages
Data management - Data entry, maintaining databases.
Passing on information and liaising with other stations
Full time position - 37 Hours per week: 8:30 - 17:00
Temporary ongoing position - Minimmum of 3 months.
Ready for an immediate start.
