A Local Authority are looking for professional and committed individuals to join them within the Customer Service Centre Supporting People Team based in Bedworth CV12 8LL. Staff are the first point of contact for our customers requiring the services of Adult Social Care. The individual will be required to have:

" A professional telephone manner
" Strong communication skills, with a natural flair for conversation
" Resilience, understanding and patience
" Effective time management and an excellent attendance record
" An openness to feedback and confidence working with others.
" Previous experience in Adult Social Care and/or previous experience working in a contact centre
" Strong computer skills
This is a temporary to permanent role.
You must be available for work full time between the start date and the completion of training. Anyone who has significant time booked off will not be considered as it will impact on their training.
Start date W/C 25/02/2019
37 Hours per week
Opening hours are 08:00-17:30 Monday to Thursday and until 5pm on Friday, shifts will be worked on a rota basis between these hours.
