A local authority are looking for a project administrator to join their busy team within the customer & business department. - You must have the ability to research information from internal and external sources - both written, aural and numerical, - ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times, - summarise information and produce simple reports , - administration tasks - e.g. creating bespoke emails in large volumes, - organising events and workshops, - support at events and workshops, - type up information from workshops/meetings and summarise findings, - able to use google suite or ability to quickly master it (mail, docs, sheets and slides), - review data to identify inconsistencies - high attention to detail.
