My client is are large, globally known technical support company who are seeking Customer Service Advisors to join their fun, friendly and team.
This is a non-sales job role, Your duties will involve dealing with existing Customers offering outstanding customer service on an inbound basis, dealing with mobile phone insurance enquiries. You will have to establish rapport with the customer, help them with any issues they have.
The main purpose of this role is to provide extensive support in the call centre environment, you will be dealing with inbound calls where the highest level of customer service will be provided.
Duties will include:
- Dealing with inbound calls
- Providing excellent customer service
- Maintain a positive attitude at all times
- Accurate data entry
Ideal candidate will be required to have:
- Excellent customer service experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Happy to work in a target based environment
- Someone looking to extend their career within a company
- Easy commute to Chiswick
Call Centre experience is desirable but not essential for this role. What is essential is that you are a confident and outgoing person with excellent verbal communication skills. Hard working and motivated, you will enjoy working with customers and will be driven to hit target and earn bonuses.
