We are currently searching for a motivated administrator to join our growing compliance team in Reading, you will assist our recruitment and payroll teams to ensure all new employees are on-boarded correctly and efficiently before their start date.
Your key administrator accountabilities will include sending out on-boarding documents and supporting candidates on completing. Ensure all candidates provide the correct right to work documentation and updating company reports as and when required.
We are looking for administrators with strong administration skills who have a high attention to detail and feel comfortable working to tight deadlines. You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels and a passion for delivering an outstanding service to our client. Previous recruitment administrator experience would be an advantage but not essential as we will provide full training and are looking for candidates with the right attitude.
Previous office administrator required, Recruitment environment preferred
