We are recruiting Administrators and Clerical Processors to work with our highly respected financial services client in Andover. Do you have administration or clerical experience? We are interviewing immediately for administrators, admin support and clerical processors. This role is 9-5pm Mon-Fri.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Carry out a range of assigned specialist clerical support duties ensuring that the work is completed accurately

• Respond to a range of enquiries, ensuring that customers' requirements are clarified where necessary, referring issues to senior colleagues where appropriate

• Preparing reports and returns

• Where required verify and check the work of your colleagues

• Contribute to the completion of the team's workload

KEY SKILLS

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• High level of attention to detail

• Able to produce clear and legible written notes and reports

• Computer literate - can use a keyboard and use a range of specified software

• Capable of organising your own work effectively to ensure deadlines are met
