The job role of a Recruitment Consultant entails:
- Creating an opportunity to do business with prospective clients, through a real consultative selling process by providing the right candidates to our clients at the right time
- Manage strong partner relationships with our valued clients
- Matching candidates with clients requirements, using the most up to date technology available in the recruitment sector
- Working closely with your candidates to understand their requirements
- Take business ownership for your recruitment desk
- Skills & Experience to become a Recruitment Consultant
- A solid background in recruitment or business to business sales is essential
