Pertemps Managed Solutions is currently Searching for two internal Resourcer's to join our growing team in Reading. As an Internal Resourcer you will work as part of our Direct Delivery Team, working as one unit resourcing candidates for our key clients across a whole variety of areas. Working in partnership with our Onsite Recruitment Team together you will achieve agreed targets and SLA's while offering an outstanding service to the client and candidates.
You will be trained on how to create and publish job adverts, source candidates using a variety of search tool including social media and job boards.
We are looking for candidates with excellent customer service skills who are able to prioritise busy work loads and have a keen interest in recruitment.
Previous experience within recruitment would be an advantage but not essential, although you must have a proven track record in customer service, excellent telephone manner and a good eye for detail.
Ideally we are looking to recruit two full time permanent employees but would be happy to offer a temporary contract if preferred.
Working hours would be Monday – Friday 09:00 -17:30 based at our Reading Office.
