Exciting opportunity to join our regional consultant team overseeing the Manchester and Leeds belt and other surrounding areas. This role is hands on and fast paced with ongoing training and support to take your career in the direction you wish.
As a Regional Consultant you will split your time between visiting client sites and being based at home.
Acting as the face of Pertemps for both our clients and onsite temporary workforce. You will visit client sites to meet new and existing employees to assist them through the candidate registration process, providing support throughout their contract and meet with Hire Managers to talk through staffing updates.
Your main responsibilities will include;
• Visiting client sites to assist with candidate registrations
• Meet existing employees onsite regularly to provide support
• Maintaining client contact ensuring high standards of service are being maintained
• Managing any employee issues and resolving problems
• Providing excellent customer service to both our clients and candidates
This role will main mainly involve travelling and working at different sites but you have the flexibility to work from home when not on site. You will be provided a company car, laptop and mobile phone along with full training to assist you in your role.
Although this is not a sales role this position may suit someone with from a sales background who is use to travelling and meeting different people each day. Recruitment experience is essential as we are looking for individuals who understand recruitment processes and managing candidates.
Excellent customer service skills and an organised approach along with strong communication and relationship building is vital.

We are offering a £23,000-£24,000 starting salary and quarterly KPI bonus. We will support you to achieve your goals with full training and on-going development.
