Administration Assistant

Pertemps are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant to work within the Public Sector based in Hammersmith to start as soon as possible on a temporary contract until the end of December 2018

The purpose of the role is to provide an effective administrative support to enable the efficient, accurate and comprehensive flow of information

Administration Assistant – Responsibilities

• Be responsible for carrying out enrolment procedures of students on Adult Learning and Skills Service classes by using the relevant information systems. Duties to include the checking of student details, taking of fees and any other associated enrolment duties
• Contribute to the development of new systems and procedures to improve the efficiency of the service, including developing, maintaining and operating systems for monitoring and reporting services
• Process and maintain referral, service activity and service user information on appropriate systems that may be used
• Maintain local filing systems in good order, ensuring documents are filed accurately and routinely, and to perform other office duties as required
• Develop good working relationships within the admin team and other service groups and to attend and participate in a range of meetings as appropriate

Administration Assistant – Skills & Experience

• It is essential you have a qualification is a L3 NVQ in Customer Services and or a minimum of 2 years' experience in Customer Service
• Front line customer service experience
• Ability to learn and develop new systems, experience of Microsoft Office or equivalent
• Ability to maintain well-presented reception areas
• Keeping up to date information easily accessible to customers
• Good communication skills with managers and customers alike
• Organised

Administration Assistant – Additional Information

• This is a temporary role to start as soon as possible until the end of December 2018
• The hourly rate is £12.00
• This is a full time role Monday – Friday
