Pertemps Managed Solutions are recruiting a Resourcer to join our busy national accounts team based in Reading. Our office is located next to excellent public transport links into Reading Town centre and free off road parking within a few minutes' walk.
As a Resourcer you will be working alongside the delivery team, helping fill quick turnaround vacancies for a variety of roles for our clients. This is a great opportunity to enter the recruitment sector and will be well suited to anyone from a customer service or telesales background. Full training and ongoing day to day support will be provide.
The Resourcers main responsibilities will include;
• Searching databases for suitable candidates who expressed an interest in looking for a new job
• Updating candidate databases and ensuring records are maintained accurately at all times
• Booking and conducting telephone screenings with shortlisted candidates
• Coordinating interviews and job offers updating responses using clients CRM system
• Supporting the Campaign Manager on a day to day basis with adhoc admin duties
• Providing outstanding customer service to both our candidates and clients
To be considered for the Recruitment Assistant role you should have the following skills and experience;
• A proactive, can-do attitude with a desire to learn and progress
• Customer service experience, within a call centre or face to face environment
• Strong communication skills
• Strong administration skills and a good understanding of Microsoft packages
• A willingness to learn and be part of a team
Pertemps Managed Solution are offering an Permanent contract, paying £18,000 per annum. Full training will be provided with ongoing support and development.
