Customer Service Administrator

Full-time temporary position

Up to £9 hourly rate

Reading, Berkshire

Are you skilled in IT?

My client is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team in Reading. You will be responsible for processing data and responding to queries from customers, whilst giving excellent customer experience.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL, YOU MUST

• Have administration experience

• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Have strong IT skills

• Be customer focused

• Be organised with good time management

• Be proactive and willing to take initiative

• Work well in a team

YOUR MAIN DUTIES WILL INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO

• Processing claim payments

• Liasing with customers via email, fax, letter and telephone to resolve queries/obtain information

• Data handling

• Working to improve processes and identifying opportunities to achieve high customer satisfaction

• Working towards personal KPIs and company SLAs
