JOB TITLE: Employment Lawyer
PQE REQUIRED: 3 – 8 PQE
LOCATION: West Midlands
The successful Employment Lawyer will be responsible for a personal caseload whilst leading on more complex transactions and cases, with an ability to strongly contribute towards business development strategy. Your contribution will include the preparation of briefing papers, attending and presenting at client seminars and the opportunity to develop your own contacts within organisations. This role provides excellent exposure to a large range of international clients. As an experienced Employment Lawyer from a top tier employment firm, you will possess a strong intellect and keen interest in both contentious and non contentious matters. You will have excellent communication skills and a strong ability to think laterally. The role requires first rate legal skills; including attention to detail in drafting and a legitimate interest in the needs of the client. You will be ambitious, driven and dynamic and will have strong presentation skills coupled with a great client manner. You will be able to offer sound commercial advice to clients and work well within a team environment. The Partner who heads the team up is well respected amongst their peers and has a great reputation locally and nationally.
