The firm have made a number of exciting hires and are in a strong position having recently won a number of new clients. The firm have a niche specialism in education and due to an unprecedented level of instructions are now seeking to appoint an additional Education Partner into their busy team. As you would expect the clients you will be working with will comprise of educational establishments and the caseload will focus on a mix of work ranging form commercial work through to policies, compliance and complaints. You may be experienced in establishing academies and free schools, trust schools and working on operational issues. The successful candidate must have experience of working within the education sector. Candidates must be driven, ambitious and determined but above all must have a primary focus on delivering excellent service to their client's. As part of the interview process candidates will be required to write and deliver a business plan. This business plan will then start to form part of your job specification and your key responsibilities for the first year of working with the firm. You will have developed a number of key relationships with your clients who will be keen to follow you to a new firm and who will instruct you on future matters. This firm is genuinely one which is an exciting place to be and can offer a supportive but also exciting environment to work in.
