JOB TITLE: Commercial Litigation Associate
PQE REQUIRED: 4+

The postholder will be required to cover a 12 month period of absence. You will be part of a thriving team and will be required to work on a mixed caseload of general commercial dispute resolution work. Supported by senior lawyers this position will suit someone looking to be part of an exciting team with plans for further growth.
Applications are sought from Commercial Litigation Lawyers who have a comprehensive understanding of Information Security responsibilities and who are able to comply with such responsibilities to also include Data Protection and the duty of confidentiality. Our client is looking for an individual who has been exposed to commercial litigation throughout their career and who has been involved in commercial and contractual disputes, company disputes and disputes between shareholders and/or disputes in relation to financial services. You will adopt a self-starter approach and be able to take initiative whilst at the same time being a confident and personable member of the team. Candidates who can evidence good communication skills, commercial awareness and exceptional self-motivation will be considered.
