JOB TITLE: Employment Rights Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 4-8
As a driven and ambitious Employment Solicitor, you will become an integral part of a highly successful team, handing a varied and challenging caseload within a well-established and fully supportive environment. The role requires proficiency handling a full lifecycle of employment rights matters, including unfair dismissal claims, discrimination at work claims, equal pay claims and TUPE matters. Our client acts for a wide variety of clients, encompassing the UK's largest trade unions and union members. The role further offers a high degree of client and partner contact, with the successful Employment Solicitor joining an extensively experienced team comprising of highly talented employment rights solicitors, employment rights strategists and employment law specialists.
Displaying ambition, resilience and determination , you will be motivated to excel within a highly successful team and well established Legal 500 firm . You will have demonstrable experience excelling in a similar legal environment , with an in depth knowledge of employment law and excellent technical skills. You will ultimately be passionate about his area of law, and keen to extend your knowledge through high level exposure to clients and partners. Exhibiting a passion for business development, you will be keen to promote the firm's image both in and out of the work place, whilst fully committing to business development initiatives.
