JOB TITLE: Family Solicitor/Legal Executive
TYPE: 12 months FTC
SALARY: Dependant on Experience
My client is seeking an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their busy Family Law department. The postholder is required for a period of 12 months to cover a period of maternity leave and candidates will be considered on either a full or part time basis. The caseload covers private and public law children matters, divorce, matrimonial and financial matters and injunctions.
THE SOLICITOR / LEGAL EXECUTIVE:
• Must have prior Family Law experience and have worked on the matters listed above;
• May be a member of the Children's Panel (desirable not essential);
• Must be able to hit the ground running and work with minimal supervision;
• Can be available at short notice.
