Technical Test Manager - London - £competitive

DESCRIPTION

You'll become one of a group of Technical Test Managers within the business providing management, ownership and leadership of all delivery matters on behalf of (typically) a single strategic customer. As well as this, you'll manage internal line management functions and support key internal business initiatives on an ad hoc basis.

Your role will be based on a client-site, where you'll ensure that all functional, automated and performance testing and quality assurance activities that we're responsible for are delivered in accordance with customer expectations. You'll work collaboratively with an existing team of our personnel, customer's permanent members of staff and third party providers as required.

REQUIREMENTS

Obviously, you'll need to be an experienced Test Manager with professional services, functional, automated and performance testing experience and knowledge of working in SAP ERP implementations and testing Multiple SAP modules.

The critical aspects of this role are to communicate effectively, have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CxOs and be able to lead a technical team. You'll have an empathetic leadership style, support and develop team culture and be delivery focused. To do this successfully, you'll need to be adaptable and responsive to business demands that may change daily.

SAP Functional knowledge in one or more of the following will set you apart from the rest: FICO, SD, CS, MM, WM, PS, HR & Payroll (UK only) PP/QM, FSCM, Treasury (almost all modules).

You must be eligible to work in the UK. Due to the nature of the business, whilst we endeavour to place our people in their home region this isn't always possible due to project

locations and therefore, you must be willing to work throughout the country (mainly South East).
