Job Details

Customer Service Advisor required for a water utilities company based in Swindon. This permanent position will be responsible for dealing with customer queries and questions whilst providing a high quality of service.

  • 36 hours a week: between 08:00 - 20:00
  • £23,000 a year
  • Required to work 1 in 3 Saturdays, time off in the week to counterbalance
  • 24 days holiday per year

As a Customer Service Advisor, your duties will include the following:
  • Resolving customer enquiries to a high standard by phone and email
  • Successfully following up on any outstanding and/or unresolved enquires
  • Efficiently organising paperwork and customer records
  • Assisting with day-to-day office administration duties
As an Customer Service Advisor, the following is essential:
  • Excellent communication skills, including being confident and professional over the phone, email and letter
  • Ability to make quick, effective decisions in high demand situations
  • A positive and friendly attitude
  • Previous experience answering a high number of calls and writing letters to customers would be ideal
