The Education Network are looking Learning Support Assistants with SEND experience to work in Ashington, Morpeth, Cramlington and Blyth, as soon as possible.
We are looking for professional, enthusiastic and highly committed individuals who are seeking either day to day work or a long term assignment.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all of our staff to share this commitment. An Enhanced Disclosure from the DBS and up to date references are essential for these roles.
The successful candidates will:
Have recent UK school experience, ideally in a special needs setting.
Be able to provide recent, up to date reference details.
Be eligible to work in the UK.
Be responsible for learner achievement within class/classes through effective support.
Work collaboratively, within and beyond the classroom, with other support staff, teachers, other professionals, parents, agencies and communities to enhance teaching and learning and to promote the positive contribution and well-being of learners.
Play a regular and active role in the provision of extra-curricular activities.
