Telesales / Business Development Executive
Salary: Up to £24K with OTE of £30K (increase to £30K base with £60K + OTE as a Field Sales Account Manager)
Working hours: 0830-1730 Monday to Friday
Own transport is a must due to location
Our client are a communications company, who provide business to business communication solutions. Assisting companies in increasing the proficiency of communications, both internally and externally.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to excel within a successful growing business. Full training on all company products and the sales process will be given with the aim of the role to be progressed into a Field Sales Account Management role.
You will be proactively outbound calling prospects to create new opportunities for the Sales Account Managers.
Working with KPI's you will build a successful sales funnel of call backs and booked appointments.
You will be given all the assistance required to learn the products, services and sales process.
Your bonuses are paid monthly for conducted appointments and a percentage of signed profit.
The objective of this role is to progress into an External Business Development position covering your own geographical area. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle generating and closing new business opportunities. Once on-board, they will be your customer to manage, up-sell, cross sell and crucially develop long term working relationships. Within the first 6 months you will be given a significant amount of internal and external training both on products and services and sales techniques to be in the strongest position to win.
What are we looking for?
Must have B2B Telesales experience.
Experience in a technical internal sales/Telesales environment would be advantageous, as this will be the basis of the role as you come to grips with the services and solutions.
Must thrive on developing new business opportunities.
