Your Construction project comes to an end and your manager briefs you with the latest competitive tender they've won on price. As the Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you know that this means you're already fighting an up-hill battle from day one. The competitive tender process if often a race to the bottom all regarding price and programme that makes your life difficult as the surveyor.
You'll already know the strenuous conversations with your sub-contractors and re-pricing measurements can get you down in the job. If this is something you've experienced, there is better opportunities out there for you.

• Between £15-60M
