Customer Service Administrator
We are currently looking for an account handler in Palmers Green.
Working as part of a small friendly team your role will include:
Dealing with customer enquiries via the telephone
Retaining customers looking to cancel policies
Problem solving and solution providing
Building relationships from quote to policy with all customers
Administration surrounding the database
A background within an office, either within Customer Service/Admin or Insurance; but could be a junior level
Able to drive own performance & seek feedback
Salary is £17,000-£18,000 depending on experience, this is a fab opportunity to build a career within insurance!
Holiday is 28 days including bank holidays & working hours are Monday - Friday 9-5.30
