Customer Support Agent
Our client is looking for an EXPERIENCED customer support agent to join their rapidly expanding team based in a large modern office situated in Harrogate. The individual will have attributes of an excellent communicator, be ambitious and target driven.
You WILL :
• Provide the highest level of customer service ensuring that appropriate leads are passed to the relevant department.
• Adhere to Targets set , performance is measured against a range of key performance indicators.
• Build rapport with all customer enquiries advising where appropriate.
There WONT be :
• No Cold calling
• MUST Have relevant previous experience
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Competitive and self-motivated.
• A desire to achieve and exceed targets.
• Tenacity and a willingness to go the ‘extra mile' to provide excellent customer service.
• Organised and efficient.
• Ability to prioritise work load and multi task.
• A strong attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a target driven customer service department.
Salary - £20,000k + £7k OTE
Hours – Mon till Friday 37.5 Hours various shift patterns between the hours of 9am - 9pm.
