Lead Generator

As a lead generator, you will combine customer service, listening skills and marketing knowledge to inform people about our products and services. You'll spend most of your time initiating contact with potential new customers over the phone. Promoting and raising brand awareness by interacting with customers and providing them with superior customer service and support needed to generate sales. You will be the first impression of our company to new customers so by engaging with them in a positive way and developing new relationships, you will learn about their unique needs to help them determine solutions that will help them achieve their goals.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop leads and build sales channels for field Sale Executives.

• Achieve personal quota to arrange appointments for Sales Executives.

• Introduce Novell and start the sales process using consultative-based selling techniques.

• High level Customer service.

• Source customer information on products/equipment currently used.

• Create pipeline for call backs/ follow ups.

• Communicate internally to ensure information and knowledge gained via fact finding is shared on CRM.

• Keep lead records up to date on inhouse system.

• Brand ambassador - Demonstrates commitment, loyalty and appreciation for the brand and product.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Experience prospecting/cold calling

• Exceptionally strong communication and listening skills - engage with potential customer, build rapport.

• Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented

• Consultative sales strength - able to identify problems and recommend solutions

• Computer skills/ CRM system management

• Working Hours: 8.30pm – 5pm or 9am – 5:30pm

Salary - £18,000k
