We are looking for an Administrator to assist HR team and support a large change programme in Camberley.
You’ll be responsible for a number of key areas to ensure successful delivery and smooth transition of the Programme.
To be successful in this role you’ll have experience of working in a change programme and providing administration support. To work closely with line managers and employees to provide support on a one-to-one basis. You’ll also have experience of scheduling and arranging meetings, collating information, drafting letters etc.
Scheduling, logistics and arranging meetings
Keeping track of HR Programme activities and deliverables
Drafting letters, scripts, minutes, support packs, training materials, Q&A’s
Providing advice or support line managers and employee where needed
Supporting the HR Project Manager
Enthusiastic, professional, highly confidential and willing to get things done.
Good communications skills
Experience of administration or coordination on large people programmes
Professional, confidential and sensitive to peoples’ needs

IT skills: word ,excel,email,outlook.
