We are looking to hear from those working at a Fostering Team Manager level and above. The Purpose of the Role:
The Registered Manager is accountable for developing and managing the independent fostering agency(IFA) including; managing all aspects of fostering resources and support functions. Working in accordance with the policies and procedures of the IFA, relevant statute and national guidelines. The Registered Manager promotes and ensures that the IFA provides a professional fostering service for local authorities, placing children and young people. The Registered Manager is responsible for working in accordance with current safeguarding and child protection practices, regulations, National Minimum Standards and guidance and in line with Ofsted requirements.
