Pertemps Recruitment Partnership are currently recruiting for Facilities Helpdesk Assistants for our public sector client on a temporary basis in Edinburgh.
Role - Facilities Helpdesk Assistant
Duration - temporary ongoing
Hours - Monday Friday, 36 hours a week
Location - Edinburgh city centre
Pay - £10.78 per hour
Successful applicants will be :
- Providing a customer focused service through a variety of channels including calls, emails and online
- Providing and collecting information relating to customer contacts from the corporate estate
- Requesting services
- Processing information
- Liaising within internal stakeholders
- Logging maintenance calls
- Updating customers with progress
You should have a proven track record within a FM Helpdesk environment, be able to work on your own initiative have excellent customer service skills.
