Pertemps are delighted to be working with our public sector client in the East of Edinburgh to recruit for a Business Support Administrator on a temporary basis.
Role - Business Support Administrator
Location - East of Edinburgh
Duration - temporary, ongoing
Hours - Monday - Friday, 36 hours per week
Immediate start
*Please note that this role is site based and does not allow for home working*
The successful candidate will be joining an established team in a care home in the East of Edinburgh. You will be carrying out, but not limited to, the following:
- Updating spreadsheets
- Maintaining documents
- Cash handling and reconciliations
- Raising Purchase Orders
- Checking timesheets
- Arranging staffing
- Filing
- Scanning
- Any other tasks as required
You should have previous administration experience and have a proven track record of working in a busy environment with changing priorities.
The successful candidate will have to obtain a PVG through Pertemps at a cost of £59 (£18 for an update).
