Working across various project sectors including Commercial, High End Residential and Education throughout the Midlands, turning over around £45M

As the Mechanical Estimator you will be office based, responsible for evaluating the total cost of all Mechanical aspects of the project . You will obtain the best costs of the materials, sourcing options, labor, and sub contractors, ensuring all falls within budget.

A strong background and knowledge within this role is essential
