Working with a growing company of 40 staff in North Acton, they are currently looking for a HR manager on a P/T basis to oversee the following:
Key Aspects of the position of HR Manager:
On-boarding of new staff
Ensuring staff have appraisals & being present in the appraisals
Keeping contracts updated in line with any changes in the business or employment law
Creating Training materials & delivery (internal & external providers)
Working with training providers (within budget)
Dealing with the recruitment process & agencies
Training on internal CRM system
Regular quality checking with the various Teams
Quality checking emails/presentations to clients
Health & Safety Policy and Manuals: update, inform, organise training and maintain records.
Risk Assessments kept updated
Fire Drill/ Fire Fighting training (organise training and maintain records).
Incidents book/ Near Miss reports: Incidents reports, investigations and remedial actions.
First Aid: Organise training and maintain records.
Hours Monday – Friday can be between 8.00 – 17.00 or 9.00 – 18.00 open and flexible
Approximately 20 hours / week.
Salary Between 25/30k depending on experience
