My client is a international insurance company who provides capital equipment insurance in the construction and agriculture sectors worldwide. Due to strong business expansion they are now looking for a Dutch speaking customer service adviser to focus ion relationships with their many Dutch clients.
The day to day activities of the account manager include:
Dealing and logging all warranty enquiries in a swift and professional manner.
Providing quotations within the published rate guide
Referring quotations falling outside published rates to the Sales and Marketing manager.
Following up all warranty quotations.
Maintaining and developing strong relationships with warranty customers.
Processing warranty documentation.
Dealing with the general day-to-day administration and management of the warranty database and websites.
Assisting with developing warranty database and websites.
Attending manufacturer/dealer visits within the UK and abroad.
Maintaining the Warranty Database with all current information contacts/quotes/dealer logs.
Monitoring and chasing outstanding invoices.
Translating emails and documents from English to Dutch and vice versa.
It is essential for the account manager to:
Have experience as an account manager from within a professional environment.
Have proven relationship building skills.
Be a fluent Dutch speaker
Must be willing to travel to Holland on a regular basis.
An additional European language would be highly beneficial
Salary is £25,000 plus 10% monthly Bonus
