A very successful Law firm based in Gloucester, who are continually recruiting Administration Assistants due to their sheer workload and growth are keen to meet people who have excellent and solid office administration and customer service experience. This would also be the ideal position for somebody who has an interest in Law or has a Law degree looking to secure a role to kick start their career within the industry, however the legal/law background is not essential!
My Clients aim is to employ those with a keen interest in working within the Law industry as an Administration Assistant with a view to eventually working their way up through the different levels i.e. Paralegal, Senior Paralegal, Fee Earners. However, if you have an interest in Law and are happy staying within Administration this is also of interest to them as long as you have the past/current experience in a similar administration and customer service position.
The main purpose of the Administration Assistant role is to process equity release documentation as directed by your Team Leader. This may include opening new cases and monitoring documentation through to completion, reporting regularly to clients, introducers lending solicitors.
To be considered for the Administration Assistant with a company who is going from strength to strength you will need to have and demonstrate the following:
- Law Graduate or a keen interest in Law
- Customer service experience
- Excellent communication skillls
- Strong Administraton skills
