I am looking for a Sales Coordinator to work out of Cheltenham for my client, a provider of commercial and industrial cleaning services.
I am looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales Coordinator to help expand my client's customer base. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
The goal is to boost sales and create strong relations with new and existing customers.
You will be working in a very busy office where the ability to be able to multi task, handle pressure, deal with difficult customers is critical to the success of the job role.
The main responsibility of the job role will be:
" Answering incoming phone calls
" Answering emails
" Making cold calls
" Identifying and qualifying sales leads
" Create new and innovative ideas to sell products
" Respond to any enquiries from the customer
" Read and evaluate sales reports
" Meet monthly sales goals as provided by management
" Liaise with management to discuss how to meet sales goals and talk about any new innovative ideas that you and management may have
" Assist the marketing department in new marketing campaigns
" Must be able to liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client's needs, costs and time restraints
" Reviewing sales reports to identify trends and opportunities to ensure growth targets are achieved
Skills and Qualifications
" Strong sales background, with the ability to hit and exceed targets
" Excellent IT skills, with ability to adapt to new computer systems quickly
" Previous experience in an internal sales position is necessary
" Excellent communication skills and ability to use Microsoft Office programs flexibly
References are required for this position.
A relatable background or examples of previous sales work is essential as well as two reference contacts.
You may also need to help out on the trade counter, in the warehouse and doing deliveries as well when needed.
