Rate - £18 -20k per annum
Pertemps Driver Training are recruiting for an Account Coordinator on a permanent basis, to join their team out of Gloucester.
You will be joining a close knit team whom manage driver training across the UK, ranging from CPC courses to up skill of drivers to National Training contracts.
The main aspects of the role:
" Assisting in the recruitment process of freelance trainers nationally - posting adverts, canvassing potential trainers, reviewing applications and speaking with the candidates about the role, organising interview slots.
" Coordinating trainer diaries including booking accommodation and travel.
" Assisting in the coordination of training bookings liaising directly with clients (such as Driver CPC, MHE and on-road training)
" All admin surrounding this, such as uploads, creating certificates, entering and approving feedback and general compliance of paperwork submitted
" Auditing and compliance of internal processes and accreditations
" General office duties - filing/ post runs/answering phone calls and queries etc, working mainly on our internal CRM system.
Successful candidates will;
" Need to be a quick learner
" Be proficient in the use of Microsoft packages including excel
" Be confident on the phone with various people at all levels of the business.
" Ideally have some knowledge in logistics and training industry but not essential.
" Organised and attention to detail is essential
