Projects Coordinator
Location: Gloucester
Salary: £25,000 to £28,000 per annum
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.

I am looking for a Projects Coordinator to join a Fire and Safety solutions provider, whom specialise in the construction market.

This position will be based out of Gloucester.

The Projects Coordinator provides assistance to the Contracts Director and Projects Team as directed by the Contracts Director.

The successful candidate will ensure the smooth running and co-ordination from sales to project completion ensuring customer excellence and project compliance is achieved.

Responsibilities of the Projects Coordinator:
o Contracts Director Calendar with regards locations and meetings
o Contracts Director e-mails daily
o Ensuring all reporting staff issue business reports as required
o Contracts Director travel and overnight stay logistic
o Collate monthly project information packs and submit to the Contracts Director as required
o Risk management and priorities dally correspondence directly with the Contracts Director
o Communicate daily to the Contracts Director on key matters
o Co-ordinate and collate companywide Health & Safety Stats
o Ensuring Business reports are issued within the business timeframes
o Coordinate all of the Project holiday requests and holiday cover, to be approved by the Contracts Director
o Ensure all approval documents are signed by the Contracts Director
o Ensure all project files are updated and managed aligned with the company policies
o Report to the Contracts Director of any procedures not being managed
o Liaise directly with the Board of Directors
o Liaise directly with your Project Team - Contracts Manager and Project Managers
o Enter projects on to the projects list spreadsheet and ensure its updated weekly
o Arrange training for your Projects team, to be approved by the Contracts Director
o Assist with HR records for your Projects staff
o General administration of the project
o Ensuring that all completed projects handover documentation is received and processed
o Process engineers time sheets
o Manage and process the Contracts Directors company visa card receipts and personal expense claims
o Any other duties specified by the board of directors

Requirements to become the Projects Coordinator:
" Previous Project Coordination or Project Administration would be advantageous
" Excellent communication skills
" Written and over the phone
" General interest in fire, security and IT would be advantageous
" Willingness to learn new products or technologies in a fast-paced environment.
" Good customer service skills.
" MS office proficient
